THE GROW MODEL
The GROW model, developed in the 1980s by Sir John Whitmore and his colleagues at Performance Consultants International, is one of the most widely used coaching frameworks. Our clients have had great success with the GROW model.
Goals – Focus on your aspirations. What do you want to achieve?
Reality – Examine the current obstacles of your situation. Where are you now?
Options – Play to your strengths and resources. What options do you have?
Will – Be accountable for your personal actions. What choices will you make? What is your way forward?
